Ibis Deira Creekside Dubai Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff members, especially Raju and Glorie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their constant support and warm demeanor truly made me feel at home. the security officer, Ashwini, ensured a safe environment, adding an extra layer of comfort. the room service was impeccable, available 24/7, and the location was superb, just opposite the City Center and near the metro station. the serene atmosphere made it easy to work without distractions. Special mention to the housekeeping team - Raju, Bharat, Yuva, and Top - for keeping the room clean and comfortable.

The breakfast menu could be improved by adding more variety. a bit more assistance for senior citizens with luggage could enhance the guest experience.

staying at the ibis was convenient due to its strategic location near the airport and city center mall. the small but clean room, along with helpful staff like ahmed and the receptionist with glasses, made for a pleasant stay. swift service, decent security, and a good lobby added to the positive experience.

Despite some room temperature control issues and missing amenities, the location and services offered enhanced my stay, providing opportunities for relaxation and exploration of nearby landmarks like the Bur Dubai Abra Dock, Deira City Center Shopping Mall, and Children's City, contributing to a memorable family bonding experience.

The front desk staff who checked me in was very unprofessional, showing a lack of manners and professionalism. This reflects poorly on the brand and left a negative impression.

The hotel's location was spot on, being so close to the city center and right by the metro, made getting around super easy with tons of food and fun stuff to do in the area. I really enjoyed the free internet and the great view of Dubai from my room, plus having a working ice machine and a friendly staff always ready to help was a big plus. The only downside was that despite asking for non-smoking, I was given a smoky room, but overall, it didn't bring down the good vibes I had during my stay 🌟.

While the hotel's location and amenities were commendable, I did notice that the rooms were quite small and lacked adequate natural sunlight, which affected the overall ambiance of the space. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the convenience and practicality of the hotel's location and services.

Their hotel in Deira City Centre had everything we needed, and the room was surprisingly spacious, perfect for our luggage. the location was very convenient, overlooking Deira City Centre, and we had a lovely quiet room on the 9th floor. the staff at the reception desk, especially Michelle, were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in. They even offered to store our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore without any hassle. the lobby area was cozy and offered refreshments, and the complimentary wi-fi worked perfectly. I had a great stay and would recommend Ibis Deira City Centre to all travelers visiting Dubai.

Located in the center of the city and just a stone's throw away from Deira metro station and City Centre, it's easy to explore Dubai's shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable with bottled water replenished daily. Housekeeping does a good job and FREE WiFi is included.

Some guests experienced issues with key cards not working properly, requiring them to have them recharged numerous times.

The card scanning system for the lifts was problematic, causing inconvenience to many guests. the size of the rooms was also quite small, especially the beds in twin sharing, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful treat, with an abundance of fresh pastries and a tantalizing choice of eggs. It felt like embarking on a culinary adventure, sampling fair-trade coffee as I sat amidst striking modern architecture. The buffet was a true masterpiece, fit for a breakfast king.

We had a great stay at Ibis! the location was perfect, just a block away from the metro station and a stone's throw from a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaners, were all very nice and accommodating. the best part was being so close to a medical center that offered PCR tests without an appointment and provided quick results. Plus, the hotel was just a short taxi ride away from the airport. a convenient and pleasant experience.

I always choose this place for my stay. At my first visit, the staff helped me with bug spray. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, and a bar. I'm coming back for a city trip.
